(1) Loaf of Stick Boy Garlic Cheddar Bread (Available on Fridays!)
(1) Loaf of bread, sliced and toasted for crostini (We like using french baguettes!)
(16oz) of Cream Cheese (softened)
(1 1/2) cups of Heavy Cream
(2) Bell Peppers (diced)
(1) Large Onion (diced)
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to Taste
(1) Cup of Cheddar Cheese
(1) Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
(1/2) Cup of Feta
(2) Tablespoons of Taco Seasoning
Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer, cream the cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, feta, heavy cream, and taco seasoning.
Fold in the chopped peppers and onion. Set Aside.
Hollow out the loaf of Garlic Cheddar, brush with butter, and broil in the oven for 5 minutes. Slice the top of the bread bowl into wedges and use as crostini!
Fill the bread bowl with the cheese mixture and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and melted.
