Directions

In a mixing bowl, fold together the softened brie, shredded cheeses, and salt and pepper. Set aside.

Place the peach slices on a hot grill and cook until there are visible grill marks. Flip and repeat. (If you don’t have a grill, don’t worry! Toss the peach slices on a baking tray and broil them in your oven until lightly caramelized!)

On each slice of Swiss Batter Bread, spread a small amount of the cheese blend. Sprinkle with the cooked, chopped bacon, and add a few grilled peach slices.

Sandwich the bread slices together. Butter both sides of the sandwiches and toast in a saute pan on the stove top or under the broiler on a baking sheet in your oven.

Slice each sandwich diagonally and enjoy! Serve warm.

(1) Loaf of Stick Boy Swiss Batter Bread (sliced)

(8 oz) of Brie Cheese (Softened)

(8oz) of Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

(4oz) of Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)

(8oz) of Bacon, Cooked and Chopped.

(3) Peaches (Thinly Sliced)

Butter

(1/4 teaspoon) of Salt

(1/2 teaspoon) of Ground Pepper
