Ingredients

•1 Stick Boy Sourdough Bread Bowl

•3 Whole Eggs

•1 Egg Yolk

•3 Tablespoon of Heavy Cream

•1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

•1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

•Garlic and Parsley to taste

Toppings:
•3 Tablespoons of Shredded Parmesan

•4 Tablespoons of Chopped, Cooked Bacon

•1/2 cup of Spinach Leaves

  1. Prepare your bread bowl by slicing off the top, removing the crumb (be sure to leave enough bread inside to line the crust!) and toast the bread bowl and lid for 7 minutes in a 365 degree oven.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, yolk, heavy cream, and seasonings together.
  3. Layer your toppings in the bottom of the toasted bread bowl. Pour the egg mixture into the bread bowl. Add additional toppings or seasonings to garnish.
  4. Bake the quiche at 365 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely and serve whole or in slices!
